Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking a work-at-home coding compliance auditor. After training, this position can be performed from home. The company is currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
You must have formal experience in coding compliance and an Associate’s degree (2 years college). A CCS is required. RHIT, RHIA are preferred. You must have Microsoft Office experience, basic computer skills, med terminology familiarity, critical thinking skills, and proficiency in ICD-9-CM and CPT coding.
Auditing experience and proficiency in DRG (CMS & APR) theory is required. You must have 7+ years of experience training others. This is a full-time position.
