Xerox is hiring work-at-home workers compensation medical billing specialists from across the U.S. You will be providing administrative support to hospital billing departments.
You must have a minimum of two years of complex medical billing experience. Workers comp billing knowledge is strongly desired.
Job Duties (from employment listing):
- Analyze and manage day-to-day operations of the life cycle billing process
- Review and analyze each billing cycle to ensure accuracy
- Research any/all billing issues
- Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints
- Obtains supporting documentation when needed
- All other duties as assigned
