Dell Perot Systems is seeking work-at-home medical claims examiners in the Cape Girardeau, FL area. Some travel may be required from time to time.
You will be providing operational support for activities associated with the processing and adjudication of claims. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Other requirements for this position include:
- Recent Claims experience in the insurance/healthcare industry
- Experience within one of the following environments: insurance company, managed care, or TPA
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPC and ICD-9 Codes.
- Knowledge of HMO, PPO, Medicare and Medicaid plans, as well as experience with Medicare Part D.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of claims paying systems preferred: AMISYS, IKA, NASCO, Facets, EZ-Cap, Rims, Qcare, Xcelys, Nexgen, QNXT, ITS, WGS, Call Care Browser and Diamond.
