You will manage a database and confirm appropriate DRG assignments. Knowledge in ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding is required.
Further Requirements (from job listing):
- 3+ years work experience
- Minimum 6 months medical coding and 6 months general clerical experience
- 10,000 Alpha Numeric and Numeric keying speed required
- Ability to abstract and apply complex E&M coding
- Comprehensive knowledge of E&M coding
- Excellent overall knowledge of coding.
- Ability to be efficient and accurate in a production environment
