Tenet is seeking work-at-home inpatient/outpatient medical coders on a PRN (as needed) basis. AHIMA credentials are required, as well as a minimum of three years of coding experience in an acute healthcare setting.
You must be able to perform virtually, with a minimum of supervision. You must have advanced experience with ICD-9-CM and CPT coding, disease pathophysiology and drug utilization, MSDRG classification and reimbursement, as well as OCE, APC, NCCI classification and reimbursement.
