Edgenuity is seeking work-at-home online instructors in the following subject areas: psychology, art, math, technology, French, business, and health. You will be responsible for administering the company’s curriculum and coursework. Course development is not required.
Additionally, you will be conducting class Web meetings, providing one-on-one guidance to your students through outreach and virtual office hours, leading student academic support teams to ensure student success, augmenting course materials as needed, grading assignments, and monitoring student progress.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Bachelor’s Degree in subject area or advanced teaching degree
- 3 years’ experience as a teacher
- 1 year experience teaching in subject area
- Current teaching license
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Ability to meet contractual obligations for the course duration
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
