LanguageLine Solutions is seeking a work-at-home trainer. You will be facilitating training to bilingual speakers applying for positions as interpreters. This is a full-time position. Specifically, you will be developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating candidates.

- Demonstrated proficiency in the interpretation field
- Experience in interpreter training and coaching
- Proven computer proficiency, preferably with MS Office Suite Applications
- Proven e-learning experience; web-training design and web publishing
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Flexibility with work schedule
- Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, multitasking, accuracy, efficiency, and detail-oriented
- Experience in interpreter skill assessment
