Pearson Hiring Work at Home Online Program Mentors

Pearson is seeking work at home online program mentors in the United States. You may work from any location with a computer and high-speed Internet. Hours are 19 to 30 per week.

Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of customer service experience or experience providing online instructional service
  • Passion for student success
  • Strong verbal and phone communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Docs
  • Proficient with general Internet usage

Additionally, you must be the kind of person who can motivate someone to succeed and has an understanding of effective teaching methods.

Your primary responsibility in this position will be to support students as they complete college prep courses in writing, reading, and mathematics.

You must have a quiet home office from which to work, free of distractions and noise.
