Instructional Connections Inc. is seeking virtual academic coaches from across the U.S. These positions are located anywhere with an Internet connection. The company is currently providing academic coaches for 19 universities and over 40 programs.
These jobs are 100% work at home and do not require that you live in any particular state. However, you must be a U.S. citizen to apply.
You will serve as a liaison between the university faculty members and students. Qualifications vary according to the individual university or program.
If selected, you will be required to take an academic coach training course online. This course takes approximately 4 to 6 hours and is spread out over the course of a week.
Virtual academic coaches track student engagement, facilitate course materials, provide online support to students, and work collaboratively with university faculty. Compensation will be based on a per-student-per-course formula.
Finally, the majority of the courses are on 5 to 9-week course cycles. Programs are year-round.
