Varsity Tutors is currently seeking a work at home citywide director in Detroit (They also hire in other cities). The company offers a competitive base salary, monthly bonuses, healthcare, a $1500 technology allowance, and 52 hours of free tutoring (for you or your family).
Qualifications (from job listing):
- Demonstrated sales ability
- Previous experience running for-profit tutoring centers or entire tutoring regions for out-of-pocket, private pay tutoring company (ideal but not required)
- Ability to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends
- Completed BA or BS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent project management / organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Honest and reliable
- Reliable transportation
- Applicants must be willing to submit to criminal background check and driving record check in order to be eligible for employment
