Red Vision is seeking work-at-home real estate title searchers to perform the following duties: searching and analyzing deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, tax assessments, and other instruments.
You will also be verifying vesting and encumbrances to titles, preparing title reports, reviewing files, and providing customer support. You must have your high school diploma and a minimum of six months prior title search or examination experience, and you must be computer and Internet savvy.
Additionally, you must be experienced in the utilization of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer. Finally, you must be detail-oriented, good at math, and an excellent written and verbal communicator.
