Technomic is seeking work at home research assistants in the following U.S. states: AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, NJ, NY, TX, and WI. These home-based positions are part-time.
As a work at home research assistant, you will be responsible for conducting online research, database updates, information gathering, call verification, and data entry.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Provide your own PC and internet connectivity in a private, secure environment
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
- Expertise using the internet as a research tool
- Professional, ambitious, adaptable and hard-working: attention to detail a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone and customer-service skills
- Proficiency with each of the Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of food, beverage & restaurant industry: especially classifications and types
- Experience and/or an interest in the food service industry a plus
- Data entry and 10 key skills a plus
