You must have a minimum of three years of relevant leadership experience, including staff management. You must also have strong knowledge of international reservations, faring, and geography, and you must have excellent customer care abilities and a proven track record of driving results.
Additionally, you must work well under pressure, have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and be able to adapt your style to meet the needs of a diverse multicultural team.
