Carlson Wagonlit is currently seeking travel counselors in the St. Louis, MO area. They will consider work-at-home candidates for these positions. This is a phone customer service position. One to two years in a reservations center is preferred, but not required.
You must be flexible and willing to work a 40-hour week, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must possess excellent customer care skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you must be 2 CRS/ GDS (Sabre/Apollo) proficient.
