Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking work-at-home reservations agents in Miami for the Australia desk. You will be working the night shift Sunday to Monday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. EST, including holidays. You must be able to multitask, and you must be detail-oriented.
You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must have superior customer service abilities. You also must be computer savvy and able to problem-solve creatively. Finally, you must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
