Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking work-at-home “night owl” reservations agents in Miami for the Australia desk. You must be able to work a full-time, eight-hour shift Sunday to Monday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. EST, including holidays.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be an excellent listener. Additionally, you must be a computer literate and able to solve problems creatively. Multitasking abilities are a must. Finally, you must have superior verbal and written communication skills.
