Globus Work-at-Home Travel Agent Jobs: Training in October!

The Globus family of brands is currently seeking work-at-home travel consultants for their customer care and reservations team.  Training begins on October 31, 2011. On this date, new hires will begin an extensive three-week training class from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday.  At the completion of training, on-going schedules will be assigned.

You must be available for shifts during the following hours: Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, plus Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 3:30 pm.  Compensation is competitive, and the position includes excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as generous paid time-off and travel benefits.

Preferred candidates will have customer support and sales experience and abilities.  You must be available 40 hours per week, including some Saturdays and Sundays.  You must also have have some technical skill using a variety of applications, including Intranet, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with airline GDS is a plus.

Additionally, you must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM, have outstanding verbal and written skills, and be adept at multitasking.  Finally, you must have an interest and working knowledge of travel and geography and an associates degree or 6 to 12 months of related customer care experience.
