Hilton Worldwide is seeking work-at-home reservations agents in the Tampa, FL area. As a Hilton-at-Home specialist, you will consult with customers and book reservations via telephone from the comfort of your home.
You must reside within 50 miles of the Tampa office location and have an 813 area code, and you must be able and willing to have a dedicated land line telephone installed. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum one year steady history in a customer oriented and/or sales role.
You must have a minimum of six months experience working with people in a performance driven, goal-oriented role. You must also have superior English communication skills (written, verbal, and spoken) and be an excellent listener.
Additionally, you must be PC proficient and have the ability to navigate between multiple screens, talk while typing, and troubleshoot basic computer issues. Finally, you must be able to pass all background checks.
