Hilton Hotels is seeking work at home reservations agents in Florida. You must be available to participate in a 5-week paid training onsite in Tampa (Monday through Friday). The training class begins Monday, July 14th. Hours for training are 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.
Additionally, there is a mandatory 5.5-hour paid orientation for this position on Wednesday, July 9th, from 11:30 to 5:00 p.m.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Hours are mostly midday.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 plus years’ steady job experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a performance driven role where you had specific metrics/goals
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
