Hilton Reservations is seeking work-at-home customer support professionals in the Tampa, FL area. Hours are part-time (20 to 29 per week) and mostly mid-day to evening. There is a mandatory 7- week onsite paid training for this position. New hire orientation is on Tuesday, October 1st from 6:00 pm – 11:30 pm at the Tampa headquarters.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 plus years’ steady job experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a performance driven role where you had specific metrics/goals
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
- Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
Compensation is $11 to $14 per hour (base plus commission). You must reside within 50 miles of the company’s Tampa location, and you must have a land line phone local to the 813 area code by the new hire orientation date (no cellular phones, or VoIP phones). You must also have high-speed Internet, an up-to-date computer with CD burning capability and sound card, a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
