Serco Global Services is seeking home-based travel agents in the U.S. You will be answering incoming phone calls from card members wishing to redeem rewards points and book trips, and you will be providing travel options, booking travel, helping members navigate the company website, and more.
You must have excellent judgment and decision making abilities and be capable of working independently.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Previous travel experience booking air, hotel, car, etc. required
- GDS experience
- Employees provide high-speed Internet access and a basic phone line
- Strong proficiency with airline reissue/exchanges
- High level analytical skills
- Excellent customer communications skills, both oral and written
Training is paid. Schedules are stable. All necessary computer equipment is provided by the company.
