U-Haul continues to hire work at home E-Sales and Reservations Reps from across the U.S. This job is available in most areas nationwide. You must be at least 16 years old and have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
You will be receiving inbound calls from customers in the U.S. or Canada and answering general product/rental questions, as well as setting up reservations for U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing devices, and storage.
Qualifications (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Must be highly PC literate
- Ability to download software is required
- Applicants must have good verbal skills
- Fluent in the use of Instant Message
- Ability to type 25 words per minute is essential
- General knowledge of United States geography is required
- Your workstation must be in a private, quiet area away from others in your residence and background noise.
- Highly motivated and dependable
- Prior call center experience is preferred
The company offers paid training and bonuses for excellent performance. These are part-time positions.
