The Active Network is currently seeking work-at-home reservations agents in Indiana. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Seasonal needs will run through early September, with a possibility for further future regular (12 months per year) status for those who perform well.
You choose your schedule of at least 30 hours per week. You must be available to work some weekends. In this position, you will be receiving incoming reservations utilizing the company’s browser-based system. No outbound calling is required. There is no sales/commission requirement.
You must have excellent communication skills, solid computer skills (search, IM, email, Microsoft Word and Excel), and you must be organized and self-motivated. A minimum typing speed of 20 to 30 WPM is required. Finally, you must be a resident of the state of Indiana.
