Work at Home: Reservations Agent Jobs with Hilton at Home

Hilton Hotels is again hiring work-at-home reservations agents for their Hilton at Home program in the Tampa, FL area. You must be able to attend a seven-week paid training program and New Hire Orientation on January 25th, prior to working from home.  The schedule is expected to be 20 to 29 hours per week, to include some weekends and holidays.
You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, a two-year steady employment history, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.  Additionally, you must be computer savvy and able to troubleshoot basic technical problems.  You must also be able to pass all screens and background checks.  Previous experience working in the industry is a plus.

The schedule for this home-based position consists of mostly mid-day hours generally starting between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.  Training will be held onsite Monday to Friday for four weeks, then Tuesday to Saturday for the last three.  Training hours are 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.  You must have perfect attendance.

Finally, you must reside in one of the following area codes (813, 727, 863), and you must have a dedicated land line telephone.  You must also have an Intel x86 compatible personal computer with CD burning capability and sound card, a minimum of 512mb RAM, and a compatible monitor, keyboard and mouse.  You workspace must be free of background noise, and you must have high-speed Internet.
