HotelTonight, a mobile booking app company, is hiring work-at-home customer service agents. You will be supporting customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels. You must have high -speed Internet.
You will help customers with reservations and handle complaints and booking issues as they occur. You will also assist customers in resolving reservation and billing issues, conduct feedback surveys, and take part in the review of app content, to ensure accuracy.
You must have at least one year of experience as a front desk agent in a hotel, or exceptional customer care and hospitality abilities, and you must enjoy working with the public. Finally, you must be computer, iPhone, and Android proficient, able to multitask, and have a friendly, positive personality.
