Enterprise Rent-a-Car is seeking work-at-home reservations reps in the state of Oregon. Schedules include afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Starting pay is $11.10 an hour, with the opportunity for bonuses based on performance.
You must be computer literate and able to learn quickly, and you must have good data entry, typing, and spelling abilities. You must also be be disciplined and independent and be able to troubleshoot problems on your own.
Additionally, you must have excellent customer service, communication, written, and verbal skills, and you must be able to multitask. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, as is 6 months of previous customer care experience. You must be 18 and have worked at least one full year at the same employer.
