Holland America is seeking cruise reservations agents in many U.S states. This position has the potential to be work-at-home after training. You must have superior communication, listening, and customer support abilities, and you must be a quick learner.
You must also be detail-oriented and capable of working on your own, and you must possess excellent problem solving and decision making skills. Proficiency with the computer, Internet, and Microsoft Office products is a must.
Finally, you must have previous sales or customer care experience, preferably within the industry, and you must be willing to commit to the position for a minimum of six months.
