Hotel Tonight, a mobile booking application, is seeking work-at-home reservations agents to provide excellent telephone customer care. You will answer general customer inquiries, assist customers with bookings, and troubleshoot issues as they occur.
The company is seeking candidates with one year of previous customer care experience as a front desk agent at a guest experience oriented hotel. You must be a computer and iPhone/Android proficient multitasker with a friendly, upbeat personality.
