Starwood Hotels and Resorts is in the process of hiring 18 new work-at-home reservations associates in the Fall River, MA area. You must live in the following area codes: 508 or 774, and you must have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Customer care experience is preferred.
The company provides the following: computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, designated phone, back up battery and company software. You will be responsible for setting up a dedicated ISP and dedicated telephone line.
Schedules are flexible. You will be required to attend a two-day orientation in Fall River, then will be trained from home for four weeks. These are full-time positions. Starting pay is $10.25 per hour, with the potential to earn monthly bonuses (possibly an additional $4.50 per hour).
