Work at Home with Starwood Hotels and Resorts!

Starwood Hotels and Resorts is currently seeking work at home customer service and sales associates in Texas. Training for these home-based positions will begin Monday, March 14th!

Training for these remote reservations positions will be from 10:00am – 6:30pm Monday-Friday for four weeks, and will take place in Austin. Training is paid.

Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Passion to service our guests
  • Professional and delightful phone manner
  • Minimum high school or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of computers and the internet, which includes but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, comfortable toggling between programs
  • Good keyboarding skills
  • Desire to learn
  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Ability to work schedules offered (including evenings and weekends)

Starting compensation for these work at home customer service positions is $12 per hour/$13 per hour for bilingual. Top performers may be eligible to receive an extra $5 per hour on top of that!
