AAA Allied Group is seeking a work at home, after-hours virtual travel agent. This job appears to be located anywhere in the U.S. This is a full-time position with overnight and weekend hours.
You will be providing remote assistance during shifts falling between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. EST Monday through Friday and on variable shifts on weekends and holidays. You will be assisting travelers with corporate reservations, including reservations en-route.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel, preferably on Worldspan and/or Apollo
- Must possess prior experience with scheduling international and domestic travel, setting up PNR’s, ticketing, exchanging tickets, and managing queues and email boxes
- Must also be capable of managing a demanding workload, following up with customers and providing a premier level service to clients.
- Must be creative, solution-oriented, and must possess a strong customer service mentality and sense of urgency.
- Knowledge and experience in managed, on-line booking systems (Concur Travel) is preferred.
You must be self-motivated and possess the basic computer experience needed to perform simple troubleshooting on your home office computer setup.
