BCI Financial, an investment advisory firm, is seeking a 401K compliance specialist to consult on company sponsored retirement plans. They are open to making the position work-at-home.
You will be responsible for testing, collecting and analyzing employee information, serving as a resource for plan sponsors, providing feedback, reviewing plan documents, and more.
You must have proficient computer skills, as well as experience utilizing Excel and Access. Prior experience with ASC is a huge plus. Prior experience utilizing Schwab RT for daily record keeping and Sungard Relius for documents is also a plus.
