Qualifications (from job listing):
- A B.S. or B.A. degree in a business-related field or equivalent knowledge preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related positions normally required
- A pre-established network of referral sources
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- Thorough knowledge of current mortgage lending regulations
- Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skill
- A working knowledge of mortgage operating policies and procedures which impact mortgage loan services
- A thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all mortgage loan products and services
- Visual and auditory skills
- Valid driver’s license.
