Matrix Merchandising is seeking a home-based staffing specialist on a 100% remote basis. This part-time position is flexible.
In this home-based position, you will be posting ads, reviewing resumes, identifying potential candidates, conducting telephone screens, doing reference checks, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- 2+ years Staffing experience (preferably experience with staffing for entry-level employees in the retail or merchandising industry.)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Smartphone or Tablet
- Must be a Team player
Compensation starts at $12.00 per hour.
You must be willing to work three to four hours per day during business hours.
