As a work at home recruiting coordinator, you will be managing job postings on major boards like Indeed, Monster, Careerbuilder, and more; pre-qualifying candidates via phone screens and assessments; sourcing candidates by various means, and more.
Finally, you’ll perform reference checks on candidates, and maintain documentation on all candidates and searches.
