Qualifications (from work-at-home job listing):
- Must be deeply familiar with full range of social media tools, including blogging, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, Google+, YouTube, and preferably also Tumblr, Periscope, Vine, Flickr, Medium, and others yet to arise
- Preferably already active member of BlogHer community via BlogHer.com, @BlogHer social tools and/or attending the events
- Customer service background, and associated ability to triage customer issues, respond thoughtfully, and keep cool in potential crisis situations
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong ability to fine tune messaging or content for different formats and audience bases, and equal ability to assess outcomes and adjust to improve engagement and reach
- Marketing background is nice to have to translate core marketing principles to the social media environment
- Very comfortable with Excel and GoogleDocs; experience with social posting, analysis and reporting tools such as TweetReach, Hootsuite, Adobe Social, Piquora and more a definite plus
