•Prior experience in moderating an online message board
•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
•Strong customer service skills
•Ability to perform on your own, with minimal supervision
•Ability to work as part of a team
•Demonstrated initiative, patience, and a positive attitude
•Must be able to work from home 40 hours per week
•Must be able to work some weekend, nighttime, and holiday hours
