Au Pair in America Hiring Home-Based Program Reps

Au  Pair in America is hiring home-based program reps from cities across the U.S. to work on a part-time basis generating brand awareness via marketing and social media to families and organizations with young families who might need childcare.

The company is specifically recruiting in and around the following cities: San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas, Miami, Houston, Chicago, San Diego, Seattle, Tampa, Austin, Denver, and Orlando.

APIA program reps can expect to make between $4,000.00 and $10,000.00 per year, including a monthly stipend and incentive.  You set your own schedule as you work from your own home office.  You will receive extensive training and support.

Additionally, all sales reps are eligible to attend an annual training trip.  Previous destinations have been Costa Rica, Hawaii, Miami, and other exciting locations.

The right candidate will possess the following (from listing):

  • Exceptional networking, organizing, and problem solving abilities
  • Energetic, open-minded, and passionate about cultural exchange and helping families solve their child care challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in sales and grassroots/community marketing
  • Proven record in sales-generating qualified leads; goal oriented; networker; active in community
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to approach potential clients at community events – using key skills of listening and understanding their needs in order to best sell the program
  • Active and comfortable using social media platforms
  • Have a nose for news by identifying press opportunities within your territory and work with key stakeholders to increase positive brand impressions through local PR
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete the Au Pair in America training program
  • Strong computer abilities required
  • Bachelor’s Degree

As a program sales rep, you will market the company by attending local events, creating and maintaining a blog, sharing the company’s opportunities via social media, publishing articles in local newspapers and on third party websites, as well as creating your own strategies to increase the company’s visibility.
