- Have great verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and persuasive when communicating with clients.
- Highly organized and process-oriented (follow up is critical!).
- Highly competitive and always willing to take initiative.

- Familiarity with CRM’s, specifically Salesforce.com, is preferred.
- Prior call center or inside sales experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working in a home office work environment for an off-site or remote manager is a plus.
