Apple is currently hiring work-at-home Mac expert sales associates. You will be providing advice to customers calling in during the purchasing process. You must be knowledgeable about Mac products, features, and accessories, and you must be available nights and weekends.
These are full-time positions. You must have a minimum of one year proven success in a customer service environment. You must also have high-speed Internet and a dedicated analog telephone line (monthly allowance provided). Finally, you must have a quiet workspace.
