Work at home advisors will be provided full training to become licensed.

Technical Requirements (from the job listing):

• Excellent Internet connectivity:

• Productive work environment:
  • In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.

• A computer with:
  • 1.6 Ghz Dual Core processor (the faster the processing environment, the better)
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 10 GB available hard drive space
  • One or more available USB ports (2.0 or greater)
  • Sound/audio support
  • Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10
  • 1 monitor
• A headset to use for training and meetings that is/has:
  • USB
  • Dual ear
  • Noise-cancelling microphone
    • Preferred: Logitech USB H570e, Jabra UC Voice 150, or Microsoft Life Chat LX-6000 for Business
• Sutherland will provide you with:
  • A hard phone to take calls
  • A headset to use with the hard phone
  • A second monitor (this program requires two)

Training for these work at home positions runs from June 18th – July 23rd; Monday – Friday, between the hours of 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm EST. You will be off on the 4th of July. Training is 100% mandatory and must be attended in its entirety.
