Lamps Plus is seeking work-at-home sales agents. They offer a competitive wage with unlimited earning potential, as well as paid training. You will be answering inbound calls from new and existing customers and creating revenue and repeat customers through outstanding customer care and relationship building.
Requirements (from listing):
- Motivated, energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with people and providing superior customer service. Minimum of one year of prior inbound call experience or sales experience a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be animated and excited during presentation.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills.
- The ability and desire to interact with customers.
- Able to multi-task and work independently. Excellent follow-up skills.
- Must pass security background check.
- Must be available to work weekends and one evening shift a week.
