Work at Home Customer Service with Guthy-Renker

Guthy-Renker is hiring work at home customer service and sales associates in North Carolina and Louisiana. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and previous experience working with the public.

You must  be a deadline-oriented multitasker, able to perform well in a stressful and demanding environment.

Further Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

• Typing speed of 30 words per minute required; 45 wpm preferred.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in using PCs (PC specific, not MAC) including the skills necessary to understand and communicate with computers (hardware and software basics, file management and computer networks). Experience with Microsoft Office preferred. 
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and apply those skills to calculate discounts, sales tax, proportions, percentages, and reductions.
• Ability to type and/or manipulate computer screens and carry on a conversation at the same time.
• Proficiency with Internet and email preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously. 

Finally, you must be resourceful and capable of working well independently, as well as with others.  You must also have a quiet home office from which to work.
