Xelerate is seeking a work-at-home recruiting consultant. You must have two years of experience in recruiting, experience with an applicant tracking system, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
You must also have experience working from home, strong research skills, experience utilizing the Internet, and be able to commit to 15 to 30 hours per week. Additionally, you must be available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
