OptumInsight is seeking work-at-home training consultants in the following areas: Waltham, MA; Rocky Hill, CT; Tampa, FL; Hooksett, NH; and Kansas City, MO. As a consultant, you will be training and consulting on one or more Impact products in the areas of curriculum design, development, delivery, implementation, and operation.
A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree is preferred. You must also have two or more years of experience gathering and analyzing customer biz requirements, as well as two or more years training with technical products or services.
You must also have strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills. Experience with SQL, Matrix, the healthcare system, instructional design, PowerPoint, learning systems, e-learning, or training on packaged decision support or analytical software are all highly desirable.
