HealthFitness is seeking a work at home part-time training coordinator on a temporary basis. This virtual assistant type position is available in the U.S.
You will be working from your own home office as you enter data into the Energy 4 Performance database, create monthly and quarterly reports, submit charge-backs to companies, and schedule coaches for upcoming training.
Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm and initiative.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Hours are 20 to 30 per week.
