Liberty Workers is seeking a work at home recruiting assistant. This home-based virtual assistant position is available anywhere in the U.S. It is an independent contractor opportunity.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • High school graduate
  • 5 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year experience in recruiting (any field)
  • Ability to multi task and perform repetitive work
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Google Chrome as your web browser
  • Outlook mail client (or another)
  • Current anti-virus software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Friendly and cool attitude
  • Self starter

In this remote position, you will be sourcing new talent by posting on job boards and social media, reviewing candidate applications in the company’s tracking system, and updating candidate files as they advance in the process.

Additionally, you will be submitting applications to clients, preparing new member paperwork, and onboarding team members.

Compensation is $7.00 per hour. You can set your own schedule. Expected hours are $15 per week.
