ShowMojo is seeking a work at home trade show and travel coordinator in the U.S. In this home-based virtual assistant role, you would be managing, completing, and tracking all of the company’s trade show, conference, and travel needs.
This is an independent contractor, virtual assistant type position. Pay is $16 per hour. Scheduling is flexible. The company is willing to work around your schedule, to some extent.

- You must have significant experience in this area.
- You must have good written and phone communication skills. Sometimes you will be making phone calls directly into companies to find the appropriate coordinator or manager on their end, to get status on shows, to ensure booth location, etc.
- You will need to identify, propose and book flight, hotel and local transport options for travelers.
- You’ll also need to coordinate shipping of conference materials, selection and creation of new materials, inventory of materials, etc.
You will need to work during normal business hours, although some night and weekend work may be possible. Hours for this work at home VA position are 10 to 15 per week.
