Work at Home: Healthcare Advocate Job with OptumHealth

OptumHealth is seeking a work-at-home behavioral healthcare advocate in the New York City area. You will be managing patient cases through the telephone and/or onsite review, as well as escalating appropriate cases to peer reviewers.  Additionally, you will be maintaining a comprehensive electronic record.

You must be an independently licensed Masters level mental health professional, licensed PhD, or registered psychiatric nurse, and you must have a current, unrestricted license in New York.   You must also have three or more years of behavioral health experience.
