Amedisys is seeking a work-at-home medical social worker for a home health position in the Portsmouth, NH area. You will be assisting and counseling patients and families according to phyisicians’ orders.
You must have a master’s degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and one year of social work experience in a health care setting. You must also meet all state and federal requirements for this position and have current CPR certification.
